James Howard Simpson, Koger Circle, Somerset, died Sunday, July 24, 1994 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was 61.
A native of Pulaski County, he was born March 8, 1933, son of the late Crawford and Maye Denney Simpson. He was a farmer, used car dealer, and member of Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include a daughter, Jucinda Garrett; a brother, Homer Simpson, Somerset; a sister, Helen McClendon, Bronston; five nephews; and a niece.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mill Springs National Cemetery, Nancy, with the Rev. J.S. New officiating.
Friends may call after noon Tuesday at New Brothers Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan.
