Mrs. Edna Pearl Lokenvitz, 72, of 1470 Rice Road, Ojai, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness.
Born July 23, 1892 in Edgewood, Iowa, Mrs. Lokenvitz had lived 26 years in this county. She was a retired practical nurse and had lived in California since 1910.
Survivors include a son, Robert A. Hatfield, and a daughter Mrs. Erma Witnack, both of Ojai; brother Herbert Rulon, Vista; sister Mrs. Mabel Wright, Oak View; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Harris Wood will officiate at funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Clausen Funeral Home, Ojai. Burial will follow in Ivy Lawn Cemetery.
