Cathy was born December 7, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of David L Richard and Dortha M. Lowery. She was preceded in death by her parents. Cathy is survived by her sister, Carolyn S. Smith and husband Skip of Sanford, NC; niece, Chelsey Smith; two nephews, Lincoln and Benton Smith; very close friend, Marsha Sanders and many aunts, uncles and friends.
