She was born Aug 10, 1941, in Parke Co, to the late Aden S. Decker & Wanetta Sowers Decker. Her husband of 41 years, William D Hall, whom she married June 5, 1963, died April 17, 2005.
Survivors include one son, Dave Hall-Orlando, Fla; one daughter, Jodi Carr-Rockville and grandchildren.
Her very close friend and BBF, Betty Hinchy, who was the "Ethel" to her "Lucy" or vice versa.
She was a member of Rockville First Assembly Evangelist Center, Parke County Community Hand Bell Choir and Parke Players. She worked in the medical profession all her life, attending Ivy Tech Community College in 1982 and completing the LPN program. Nursing was a natural progression for Judy because she was a gentle, loving person who enjoyed caring for people.
Services will be held at the church, 2:30 pm Sat., with Pastor Jerry Bates officiating. Burial will follow in Bruin Cemetery in Guion.
