Opal Jane Morris, 82, passed away Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007, at Columbia Manor.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, at Parker Funeral Service, with visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
She was born April 16, 1925, to Pleas and Minnie Crane Morris in Boone County.
Survivors include special friend Emmitt McQuity; two brothers, Gene Morris of Warsaw and Al "Henry" Morris of Florence, Texas; and two sisters, Gertrude McDaniel of Meadvilee and Amy Nichols of Columbia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Junior; and a sister, Helen Kellogg.
