Shawn Patrice Griffin, born July 26, 1965 passed away Oct. 2, 2013. Shawn is survived by her husband of 21 years, Earl John Griffin; daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Griffin and Rachel Lynn Griffin; son, Alex Osolinski (Jessicka); grandson, Kolten Osolinski. Her mother, Linda Wallace predeceased her in June, 2013. She is also survived by her dad, L.B. Wallace and one brother, Shannon Wallace (Gen). Shawn was employed by Wal-Mart for the past 12 years. Her hobbies were quilting and buying fabric. She was also active in First Coast Quilters Guild and Quilt Fest. Other hobbies included spoiling her children and grandson. Family and friends will gather from 10 until 11 AM, Monday, October 7, 2013 prior to a memorial service in celebration of her life at 11 AM in the chapel of Jaclsonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL with Pastor Kevin Collison officiating. Burial of cremains at Jacksonville National Cemetery will be held at a later date. Flowers are welcome or donations can be made to Island View Baptist Church.
