Clarence Earl Bulla, son of Benjamin Evert Bulla and Mattie Elizabeth Shull, born Sept 10, 1898 in Bourbon County, KS. Clarence married Dec 20, 191_ to Nancy Margaret Schubert (1898-1997), who is buried in Uniontown, KS cemetery.

Clarence served as Under sheriff of Bourbon county, KS in the 1930's, during Prohibition times. He is credited with arresting Bootleggers and Rum runners in Bourbon county, KS.
