He was the third of seven children who were all born southeast of Ardmore, Carter Co, OK except for his sister, Betty, who was born after his parents moved to Nederland.
His siblings were Raymond, Winifred, John, Margaret, Sylvia, & Betty.
Warren graduated from Nederland High school in 1939, marrying Elva Segura of Delcambre, LA in 1942. Elva gave birth to Ray, Ronald, & Rachel.
He joined the U. S. Army on April 1, 1944, serving in the Combat Engineers in Europe from November, 1944 - April, 1946.
After getting out of the service he was employed by Pure Oil Company (Unocal) in 1946. He retired in 1982.
