Jason Edward Lynch, 22, of Sulphur Rock died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2002, at Batesville.
Born May 16, 1979, in Batesville, he was the son of Gary Lynch and Brenda McDaniel Lynch, both of Sulphur Rock. He was a student, an honor graduate of Southside High School, and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his parents; his grandparents, Alma Rogers of Mechanicsville, Va., and Dale and Stella McDaniel of Judsonia; and three sisters, Shellie Davis of Floral, Kelly Goodwin of Mountain View and Ellie Johnson of Springdale.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather, C.J. Lynch, and a great-grandmother, Flossie McKiou.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sulphur Rock Baptist Church with John Goss officiating. Burial will be at Mac’s Chapel Cemetery in Sulphur Rock with arrangements by Willis-Hays Funeral Service of Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Southerland, Jeremy Galloway, Chris Alexander, Ron Runsick, Brad Covington and Shannon Hightower.
Honorary pallbearers will be his classmates at Southside High School.
