Kenneth Ray Snyder, 82, of Cape Girardeau, MO died on May 7, 2021 at his home.

He was born on May 10, 1938 in Cape Girardeau, MO, son of Clarence and Georgia Cotner Snyder. He and Barbara Fulton were united in marriage on May 11, 1958 and she passed away on February 25, 2001. He then married Joyce Harmon on March 8, 2002.

Kenneth worked in the grocery industry in the produce department and was a lifetime member of the Red Star Baptist Church. He also served in the United States Navy from 1955 aboard the USS Randolph and was honorably discharged in September 1961.

He is survived by his wife Joyce, Children Kenneth Snyder of Venice, Florida, Jerry Snyder of Scott City, MO, Becky McGaha of Stillwell, KS, stepchildren David Gibbs of Kokomo, Indiana, Lonnie Gibbs of Ellington, MO, Janis Turner of Sikeston, MO, Angela Cutsinger of Whitewater, MO, Lisa Smith of Scott City, MO many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, son Stephen Snyder and sister Janet Gleason.

A private celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date.
