GREEN, BERNIE WAYNE, 58, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2011 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
He was retired from the Purchasing Dept. at the University of Louisville and worked at Walgreens for 23 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patty Green; parents, Bertram and Nellie Green; mother-in-law, Norma Willoughby and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services for Mr. Green will be held 10 a.m. Friday at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2727 S. 3rd St., with burial to follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Ohio County, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 2-8 p.m. Thursday.
