Valerie was an avid reader and a movie buff. She loved to fish, watch birds and she especially loved her cats. Valerie was an accomplished bowler and was the first woman in the Erie District Bowling Association to bowl a 300. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Edinboro.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Robert O. Gray; and her brother, Charles "Buddy" Carroll, who died protecting our country during the Korean War.
Survivors include her daughter, Liana L. Gray of Edinboro.
Burial will be in Edinboro Cemetery.
