Ms. Collister is survived by her aunt, Pat Black of Avon Lake; three brothers, Scott of Panama City, Florida, Bruce of Petaluma, California and Mark of New York, New York; and three cousins, Dallas, Douglas and Jennifer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Geoffrey V. and Phyllis Collister (nee Black).
