MR. RANDALL EUGENE BLAND, of Benedict, died Dec. 8. The 19-year-old youth was drowned when he stepped out of his boat. He was an employee of the State Roads Commission.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bland.
Services were held at Mattingley Funeral Home, Leonardtown.
Burial was in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Great Mills.
Pallbearers were Billy Long, Thomas V. Long, Tommy Wise, Danny Graves, Wayne Graves and Buck Mosler.
