Lloyd B. "Pete" McLintick, 69

Lloyd was born on March 7, 1907, in Ralston, Oklahoma, the son of Hiram and Nancy "Nannie" Lee (Bryant) McClintick. He attended school in Olathe, Kansas and prep school for West Point at Leavenworth, Kansas. He was married to Esther Erickson on January 12, 1935 in Glasgow, Montana. As an Engineer he had worked with the Army Engineers out of Kansas City and was also employed on the Fort Peck Dam out of Glasgow. In 1943, Pete was involved in building a Naval Base while in the employment of the E.H. McGraw Co. on the Island of Bermuda. He was city engineer for the City of Kalispell from September 1953 until his retirement on April 30, 1973. He was a member of the Bermuda Masonic Lodge and the Grand Lodge of Scotland. He was preceded in death by his son, William, in October of 1964. He was survived by his wife, Esther; one son, Robert; one daughter; one grandchild; two brothers; and one sister. Lloyd passed away on Wednesday evening, February 9, 1977 at his home in Kalispell, Montana.
