She is preceded in death by her parents Orville and Ruth Hinderer; sons Steve and Allen Chapman; and brother Ed Hinderer.
Mrs. Chapman is survived by her husband James Vincent Chapman of Covington, GA; daughters and sons-in-law: Delores Bartels, Brenda and Bill McPheron, Jr., Janice and Steve Dodson; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Wheeler Funeral Home on Friday, October 19, 2007 from 1:00-2:00PM. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Blue Mound, IL. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to: American Cancer Society, Newton County Chapter, 1684 Barnett Shoals Road, Athens, GA 30605.
