He was born Jan. 15, 1958, in Parkersburg, son of the late Thomas C. and Mabel L. Hendrickson Conaway. He was a 1976 graduate of St. Marys High School, attended Marshall University, and attended the St. Marys Nazarene Church. Jeff enjoyed reading, music, and was an avid WVU fan.
He is survived by a sister, Teresa C. (Mark) Kuntz; one brother, Randy (Sue) Conaway; one sister-law, Peggy P. Conaway; nieces and nephews, Shawn (Naomi) Conaway, Kevin (Merrie) Conaway, Leigh (Shaun) Armistead, Jay Kuntz, Danny (Amy) Kuntz, Jackie (Brian) Wood, Sarah (Mike) Camponovo, Ben Conaway, and Sam Conaway; and several great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Stephen J. Conaway.
Services will be held Friday (May 25, 2012) at 11 a.m. at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, W.Va., with Pastor Chuck Rogers officiating. Interment will be in St. Marys IOOF Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
