Garrett passed away suddenly at his home in North Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 28. The son of Linda and Rodney Jones of Omaha, Nebraska, where he was born and raised. He attended Norman Rockwell and Abbott Elementry Schools in Omaha, and graduated from Millard North High School in 1995. He also attended classes at Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. As a young boy, Garrett enjoyed soccer, skateboarding, and karate. Garrett and his girlfriend of five years, Mary Kate Sossi, and share a daughter, Madeline. They were residing in Las Vegas where Garrett was an electrician for a construction company there. Garrett enjoyed music, working out, and playing with his pets.
