Otha Richardson "Otho" Davis, Jr., 71, of 415 E. Green St. passed away Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011. Services will be held Sunday 2 p.m. at Calvary Presbyterian Church, 209 N. Pender St. Dr. Troy Janel Dixon, pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext.
Loving memories are forever cherished by two sons, Kevin Joseph Chambers of Raleigh and James Patrick Chambers of Knightdale; two daughters, Lisa Chambers of Philadelphia, Pa., and Linda B. Savage of West Palm Beach, Fla.; his loving mother, Gloria Davis of Raleigh; his brothers, James Rudolph Davis and Garland Davis, both of Raleigh, and Robert Smith (Cleo) of Wilson; one sister, Devolia Dawson (Grady) of Wilson; several nieces, nephews, other special relatives and friends.
A public viewing will take place Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 726 Tarboro St. SW. The family will receive friends Sunday starting at 1:30 p.m. at the church. All other times the family will receive friends at the residence.
Caring and professional services have been entrusted to Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Wilson.
