Maureen graduated from Gainesville High School (GHS) in 1965. While attending GHS, she was a member of the cast of several school plays including Camelot, Finian's Rainbow and Oklahoma. During all three years at GHS, she was a member of the high school Chorus. In her junior and senior years, she participated in the Pep Club.
Maureen June Rankin Hargrave, 59, died Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga. The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Oak City Cemetery in Bainbridge, Ga.
