HIGH POINT - Billie Grace Cribbs Frazier, died peacefully the morning of Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at the age of 86.

The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, June 29, at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church by Bishop Thomas Stockton at 1225 Chestnut Drive.

Billie, daughter of the late W. Cramer and Ora Belle Singletary Cribbs, was born September 8, 1920.
She was a loving mother and active High Point citizen.

Billie will be affectionately remembered for her graciousness, encouragement of friends and family, and love of Carolina basketball.

The loving wife of Norris Frazier of Frazier Veneer Sales, Billie was a dedicated homemaker and mother. She was born in Lumberton, N.C., and moved to High Point, N.C. as a child. After graduating from Greensboro Business College, she proudly served in the War Department during World War II in North Carolina and New York City. Billie had an ever-positive attitude, which endeared her to everyone who knew her. A lover of the arts and fine furnishings, she also enjoyed many years of involvement in the Arts Council and the High Point Furniture Market. Billie always liked to entertain and her many loved ones will remember her accomplished piano playing and presidency of the Altrusa Club. She taught Sunday school for 30 years at Wesley Memorial UMC. She constantly reminded people of the good in their lives and kept that view close to her own heart, a wonderful quality that we now celebrate.

She is survived by her children, Craig Frazier and Cathy Jane Spencer; daughter-in-law, Susan Glenn Frazier; son-in-law, James Ross Spencer III; and grandsons, Jason and Jonathan Spencer.
