Cheryl Nineen Boyd, age 56, of Midway, passed away Saturday morning at her home.
She was an employee of Parker Hannifin and a member of Chestnut Grove Church in Abingdon, Va.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law: Jason Boyd of the home, and Allen and Tracy Boyd of Mohawk; four sisters: Teresa Ann Dupuis, Hettie Mae Sullins, Josie Nunley, and Jan Musick; two brothers: Gary Eugene Tweed and Arley Tweed Jr.; several special friends and co-workers; and Jeff Lawson, whom she considered another son.
At her request, there will be no formal visitation.
Family and friends are asked to meet at Warrensburg Cemetery on Tuesday at 11 a.m. for a graveside service. The Rev. Ronnie Baxter will officiate.
