At one time, it was presumed that her father may have remarried after Sarah's death in 1853, but Annie's cemetery record states she was the daughter of Ben & Sarah Anderson and her father has no 2nd wife on the 1860 census. In addition there is a record that Sarah had another daughter, Fanny, who was born circa 1856 and died before 1860.
