Visiting was at Wilbert Funeral Home, Port Allen, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, with a recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home, 8 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. Wednesday. Religious services at Holy Family Catholic Church, Port Allen, at 10 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Henry Vavasseur. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park, Baton Rouge. Survived by threeChaneyand Hazel Blanchard, both of West Baton Rouge Parish; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Fred H. Dawson Sr.; a son, Brent R. Dawson; a sister, Mabel Altazan; and two brothers, Jules Rebelle Jr. and Joe Rebelle.
