Harry Stelmach 71, of 1620 S. 23rd St., Manitowoc, died Thursday in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Mary Catholic church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Joseph Mattern will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Stelmach was born January 20, 1907 in Pine Grove, Wis., son of the late Nick and Rose Glanert Stelmach. He moved to Manitowoc as a young man, residing here since. June 24, 1946 he married Willette Kuffel at St. Mary Church, Manitowoc. Prior to his retirement in 1974 he owned and operated the Supper Club at Manitowoc for 29 years. Mr. Stelmach was a member of the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks No. 587, Fraternal order of Eagles Aerie 706, Kiwanis club and Seagulls.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Sister Jerianne of Holy Family Convent and a daughter and son-in-law, Kay and James Steuer of Manitowoc; a brother, Philip of Green Bay and a sister, Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Wagner of Milwaukee. Four brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
There will be no Friday evening visitation in the funeral home.
