MRS. GEORGE SCHULTZ
Mrs. George Schultz, aged 85 years died at three o'clock Friday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. P. Rubin, at Dexter, after a month's illness with dropsy. Mrs. Schultz was born in Schleswig, Germany, March 28, 1830. She was married there to Mr. Detloff Buhs and jthey came to America with their children in 1883, settling in Marshall township. Mr. Buhs died sixteen years ago. She was married to Mr. George Schultz twelve years ago, and lived at Thornton, Minn., until last spring when Mr. Schultz died. Since that time she lived with her children. Five children survive their mother, Charles Buhs of Minneapolis, Mrs. P. Rubin and Mrs. Albert Kraft of Dexter, Mrs. J. Hartje of Austin, and Mrs. John Johnson of Fergus Falls, also thirty-six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday at 11 a.m. at the home of Mrs. Rubin at Dexter and later at the St. John's Lutheran church.
