Billie Charlene Hudson, 73 of Rogers passed away September 26, 2013 in Rogers.
She was born September 3, 1940 in Harrison, Arkansas the daughter of William F. and Thelma Aline Wilhelm Smothers.
She was a master gardener for Walmart Store #1. Billie was a member of Believers Baptist Church in Rogers. She was very active in writing grants for the Rogers Public Schools, Horse's for Healing, the Cub Scouts and the Johnny Apple Seed Program.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Billy Joe Hudson, Sr.; her sister Thelma Corene Risenhoover.
Survived by her sons Billy Joe Hudson, Jr. and wife Julie and Johnny Dale Hudson and wife Belinda all of Rogers; her daughter Becky Sue Pinion and husband Kenny of Huffman, Texas; eight grandchildren Billy Charles Hudson, Erin Walker, Holly Chesnut, Shawn Hudson, Jason and Janelle Underwood, Amanda and Alex Pinion and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday; September 29, 2013 at Believers Baptist Church, 924 South C Street, Rogers with Pastor Jeff Simpson officiating.
