Anna M. Foley, 93, of Parkersburg, died on Monday, September 23, at Worthington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born June 17, 1920 in Parkersburg to the late Seaton and Agnes (Krick) Bailey.
Anna attended the Westminster Presbyterian Church, was a homemaker, and loved to travel with her husband, Bud.
She is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Jane Soeder of Houston, TX and Diane M. Harper of N.C.; one son, Joseph P. Foley (Debbie) of Parkersburg; one brother Robert Bailey "Penny" of Margantown; one daughter in law, Sally Foley of Williamstown; eight grandchildren, Anita Albanese of TX, Richard Soeder (Kin) of CO, Geoff Harper (Veronica) of VA, Michael Harper (Megan) of NY, Elizabeth Dennison (Jeremy) of Parkersburg, Katherine Welyczko (Andrew) of CO, Angela Nesius (T.J.) of NC and Jennifer Dragunus (Andrew) of London, Ontario; 11 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cahill "Bud" D. Foley; one son, David C. Foley; and two brothers, Donald and Kenneth Bailey.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 19, beginning at 3:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Visitation will be Saturday, October 19 from 1-3 PM at the funeral home.
