Charlene McKenzie, 83, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013.

She was born April 3, 1930 in Ogden, Utah to James B. and Christabelle A. Marberger.

Charlene married Glenn A. McKenzie and they had two children, Scott (Lee) McKenzie and Jill (Rob) White. They later divorced. She then married Ted Toone and they also divorced.

She worked as a nurse's aide and later at Weber State College until retirement.

She was avid reader, enjoyed embroidery and spending time with her grandchildren.

Charlene is survived by her children, two sisters, Shirley and Indra, a brother, Doug, a special sister-in-law, Jocelyn, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Margaret, Maxine, Blanche, one brother, Jim, and one grandson, Keith.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Manor Care and Access Hospice.
