Martha Evelyn Blair, 73, of Stewardson, died at 11:05 PM Sunday, June 24, 2001, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 AM Wednesday, at Stewardson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM Wednesday at Lockart & Sons Funeral Home, Shelbyville. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Shumway.
Mrs. Blair was born Dec 15, 1927, in Effingham County, the daughter of John and Mary {Beals} Carroll. She married Gerald Blair. He died in 1989.
Surviving are her sons, Ed Friese of Mode, David Friese of Stewardson, Michael Blair of Shelbyville; sister, Lois Kyle of Effingham; four grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, five brothers and two sisters.
