Graveside service for Elizabeth Ellen "Beth" Spain Cannon, 51, of McCalla, will be Saturday, September 28, 2013, at 1:30 at Roselawn Cemetery with Reverend Dallas Culver officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ms. Cannon died Monday, September 23, 2013, at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa. She was born February 20, 1962, in Georgia, to Loyd Vaughan Spain and Joyce Walker Spain. She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce Spain of Waynesboro, Tennessee; one sister, Rhonda J. Calvert (Ashley), of Nesbitt, Mississippi; her boyfriend, Paul Craft of Tuscaloosa; two nephews, Alex Calvert and Daniel Calvert, both of Nesbitt, Mississippi; one niece, Melissa Calvert of Washington; aunts and uncles, Ann and James Dooley of Trinity, Linda and Jack Clemons of Decatur, and Faye Compton of Decatur; and many cousins.

Pallbearers will be Barry Boucher, Kaleb Owens, Terry Boucher, Danny McDonald, Alex Calvert, and Frankie Sapp.
