Another contributor has suggested that Walter's middle name was "Lied," that he was born circa 1899 in Minnesota, and that he died July 19, 1942, in Ritzville, Adams, Washington.
There was such a person, Walter Scott Lied Fenney, born September 2, 1898 in Minnesota. He was the son of Johanna Lied Finney and Knute Finney (probably the same person as Knute L. Fenney (1870-1953,) and the spouse of Eva Fenney.
However, I cannot assume that he is the person buried at Greenwood. Washington State Death Records show only one "Walter Fenney" (the person described above) who died in that state from 1907-1960 and 1965-2014. The person with that name who is buried at Greenwood might have died in a year not covered by death records available online; also, the fact that he is buried in Washington does not mean that he died in that state.
