Mrs. Roberts was a retired school teacher and a member of the First Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Winnfield with the Rev. Calvin Phelps officiating, assisted by Rev. J. L. Holt. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of
Southern Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, Clinton "Bud" Roberts of Winnfield; one brother, C. E. Sandifer of Lake Providence; four sisters, Mrs. Ester [sic Esther] Futrell of Fort Worth, Mrs. Enavhee [sic Unavhee] Cardwell of Jackson, Miss., Mrs. Opal Moore of Wilson, N.C., and Mrs. Gladys Reimer of Peoria, Ill.
Pallbearers were C. C. Killingsworth, Clifford Hughes, Scotty Barnes, Fletcher Melton, Harper Terrill, C. E. Sherwood, A. M. Camp, and Larry Price.
