ARCOLA — Marcella E. Davis, 67, of Arcola died at 4:37 p.m. Thursday (May 22, 2008) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Heath Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Edwards Funeral Home, Arcola, with Dick Miller and Ty Nichols officiating. Burial will be in the Arcola Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
She was born March 31, 1941, in Morgan County, Tenn., the daughter of Norman R. and Beaulah Estelle Veatch York.
Survivors include two brothers, Jerry York of Arcola and Tom York of Shelbyville; one sister, Jean Tomlin of Arcola; special friend, Delpha Reece of Arcola; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, twin brother and two sisters.
Ms. Davis was a member of the Kemp Church of Christ.
