June Bramlett Hower, 82, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012.
June was born Jan. 29, 1930, in Paris, Texas, to John and Lola Bramlett. She moved to Fort Worth in 1950 and married Gene Hower there on Oct. 24, 1953. He was from Akron, Ohio, and stationed at Carswell Air Force Base. She was previously employed by the Internal Revenue Service and after 27 years of federal service retired in 1990 while employed by the Corps of Engineers. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Johnnye Faye Harris and Virginia Smith.
