Ernestine "Tina" Ferrell Goodwin, 84, of Gallatin, died on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012.
Tina was born in Logan County, Ky. to the late Ernest and Evie Edwards.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Berkley "Clay" Ferrell, Jr. and Rev. Jack Goodwin; son, Matthew Scott Ferrell; granddaughter, Elizabeth Kaye Seagraves; great-grandson, Thomas Hunter; twin sister, Christine Wester; sister, Beulah Irene "Boots" Thompson; and brother, George James "Jim" Edwards.
She is survived by: three daughters, Janet T. "Jan" Seagraves and husband Bryan Vaughan of Mt. Juliet, Wanda Kay Hinson and husband Eric of Lafayette, and Evie Fentress and husband Ernest of Westmoreland; five grandchildren; Angela (Trey) Hunter, Lee Fentress, Kenneth (Kelley) Hinson, Emily Thurman and Kimberly Roberts; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Friday Sept. 21 from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Brother Charles Anderson officiating. Entombment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday and continue until time of service.
