Mrs. Thelma (Elliott) Allford, 48, born September 24, 1908 at Winsboro, Texas, died at 12:45 a.m. today at the McBride Clinic in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Thelma Sue Elliott graduated from Wellington (Texas) High School with the Class of 1928.

Mrs. Allford lived at 1601 Duncan and was a member of the First Baptist Church here. She moved to Pampa in 1935 from Wellington and had been in Oklahoma City since August 22.

Survivors include her husband, Bob, who works at Texas Furniture; two sons, Bob, Jr., of Ballinger and John of Pampa; one grandson, Robert Allen; her mother, Mrs. J.F. Elliott of Wellington; two sisters, Mrs. Billie Cornett of Groom and Mrs. Lloyd Graham of Olton; two brothers, A.A. Elliott of Wellington and Harmon Elliott of Littlefield.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church with Rev. E. Douglas Carver, pastor, officiating, Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Duenkel-Carmichael Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Owen Johnson, Webster Johnson, D.B. Jameson, Claude Wilson, Max Presnall and Glenn Dawson.
