Deborah Jean "Debbie" Terry age 54 of Kingston passed away Wednesday September 25, 2013 at Parkwest Medical Center. She was employed by Roane County Government having served 14 ½ years in the accounting department. She was a devoted Christian, member, and pianist at The First Christian Church in Harriman. Debbie is preceded in death by her father William Walter Raines and infant son Phillip Bunch
