SPRINGTOWN - Bobby Greenwood, a Springtown police officer, died Friday at a Houston hospital. He was 33.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at White's Funeral Home in Springtown.
Masonic graveside service will be in Springtown Cemetery.
Mr. Greenwood was born in Haskell County and was honored as Reserve Officer of the Year in 1990 by the Springtown Police Department.He was a member of Eureka Lodge 371 in Springtown, Moslah Shrine Temple in Fort Worth, and First United Methodist Church in Springtown.
Survivors: Wife, Diane Greenwood of Springtown; son, Tracy Greenwood of Springtown; daughter, Crystal Greenwood of Saginaw; stepson, Randy Bentley of Springtown; parents, J.W. and Melba Greenwood of Boyd; brother, Ricky Greenwood of Boyd; sister, Norma Gray of Springtown; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Preston Doyle of Santo.
