Born in Sacramento, CA on January 7, 1969, Virginia passed away on September 16, 2013. Mother of Celina Reyes, grandmother of Carey Noah White, daughter of Virginia C. and Dan Pennington, wife of David Gonzales and sister to Michelle Phillips. Virginia loved cats, the Yankees and the Raiders. In her youth, she loved cruising the boulevard and later she loved helping her daughter's softball team as team mom and scorekeeper. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, September 27, 2013 with Rosary beginning at 7:00 pm at George L. Klumpp Chapel of Flowers, 2691 Riverside Boulevard, Sacramento, CA. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 6210 McMahon Drive, Sacramento, CA 95824 with committal service to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 6700 21st Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95820.
