Rebecca Moore Allison, of 167 Virginia Avenue, Sewanee, died Monday (December 1, 1997) at Columbia Southern Tennessee Medical Center. She was 72. A Lincoln County native, she was the daughter of the late Charles Grier and Suva Easley Moore. She was a former employee in accounting with New Life Rehab Center in Winchester. Mrs. Allison was a member of the Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. She is survived by one daughter, Grier Galligan, McMinnville, and two grandchildren, Cassell Galligan, Murfreesboro, and Trevor Galligan, McMinnville. Funeral services were held Thursday at Higgins Funeral Home with Dr. Calvin Todd officiating. Interment followed in Rose Hill Cemetery.
