It is not known with any certainty that Rachel Woodall is buried at this cemetery. Records of Harry R. McCaw, Undertaker, made note of her death and that it took place at Spring Creek, Maries County, MO. He also noted that she was buried at the Otis Cemetery. No Otis Cemetery having been found, it is possible that she is buried at this cemetery since other deaths recorded by Mr. McCaw referred to the Honse Cemetery as the Otis Cemetery. There has been no online death certificate found for Mrs. Woodall. Information to the contrary of the above would be welcomed.

Even though Rachel Woodall is listed as sister to Francis Harrell in the 1910 census, she is not his sister. Rachel Hoagland Woodall was married under the name of Rachel Hoge to William Woodall. I have William's pension service file. I am not sure why her marriage record lists her last name incorrectly, but it should be Rachel Hoagland. In a later census she is still living with Francis Harrell but listed as a boarder.
