Darrell William Cook, 53 year-old resident of Gentry, Arkansas, died August 22, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County, Bentonville, Arkansas. Born March 24, 1960 in Modesto, California, he was the son of Clifford and Elwanda Cook. Darrell married Iva Kincheloe on January 16, 1986 in Gentry, Arkansas. He worked for Peterson Farms for 28 years and has worked for Simmons Foods for the past 3 months.
Survivors include his wife, Iva; two sons, James Cook and wife Jennifer of Claremore, Oklahoma, and Carl Cook and wife Melissa of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; one daughter, Lula Carbajal and husband Jose of Bentonville, Arkansas; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2013 at Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Arkansas with Pastor Gary Riley officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
