She and Terry attended Lincoln High School in Orem, Utah. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in numerous callings including Ward and Stake Relief Society President, Young Women's President and held various musical callings throughout her life. She had great musical talent and a beautiful soprano voice. She was not afraid to perform in any production, roadshow, choir or other activity. She took great pride in her appearance and especially loved the color purple. Terry owned a construction business and they worked side by side for many years. Collean was an excellent sales person and especially enjoyed working in her daughter, Christine's business, Bulloch Drug in Cedar City where she was famous for her Halloween costumes. She will be sorely missed by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved spending time with "gooma". She had many close friends in her neighborhood and was proud member of the Fiddlers Canyon Golden Girls.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry, her parents and three infant grandchildren. She is survived by her four children Kim Marvin (Denise) Judd, Vickie (Wayne) Andrews, Christine (Evan) Vickers, Kenneth Warren (Debbie) Judd, two brothers Charles "Billy" (Cassey) Wilkins and Alan J. (Marilyn) Wilkins, 24 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the LDS Chapel at 2015 North Wedgewood Lane (Fiddlers Canyon), Cedar City, Utah. Visitation will be the evening before, Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Southern Utah Mortuary, 190 North 300 West, Cedar City and from 11:30am-12:30pm on September 27, 2013 at the LDS Chapel prior to funeral services. Interment and graveside services will be at the East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery in Provo, Utah at 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 28, 2013 under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary.
