She grew up in the Oklahoma City Metro area and was a graduate of Arcadia High School. She moved to Yukon in 2000. Wilma had worked many years as a bookkeeper for Housley Brothers Furniture. She was a fun loving person that loved her family dearly. She loved to go camping, dance, travel, party, and "flirt" with the guys. She also loved her grandson Paul's Martinis and was a die-hard OSU fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Marilyn, one grandson Jeremy and one brother William. Survivors include two sons Kerry Moore, (whom has been her caregiver for the past year) and Terry Sparks both of Yukon, one daughter Jeannice Calkins and husband John of Checotah, one step son Dennis Sparks of Virginia. Also by seven grandchildren Elisha, Tricia, Colt, Paul, Rachael, Kelly and Sara, as well as 15 great grandchildren, a sister in law Ruth Stevens and many nieces, great nieces and great nephews. Last but not least her three "four legged companions", Sunshine, Cowboy and Shadow.
Services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, September 27, 2013 in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, OK with interment following in the Arcadia Cemetery, Arcadia, Oklahoma.
