"Runt" (1894 - 1963), Ruth M (1896), Harry Lee 29 Nov 1898, James H (1899), Hugh Raymond (1900), and Mabel (1902). There is no record of the date of Sara Ann's birth, she may have been born shortly before Luther's death. Luther and Laura are buried at Haymond Cemetery, Upshur County. Luther suffered greatly with an illness that resulted in paralysis and then death at the age of 37. He died near Canaan and the funeral was at Kanawha Head and he was a member of the Methodist Church South. He was a grandson to Henley Eskew and Catherine (Fletcher) and son to Ellis and Rebecca Ann Eskew.
