Douglas Neville, Parker, Jr. was one of the children born to Douglas Neville Parker, Sr. and his wife Adelaide Warren Miller. Douglas, Jr. was known as "Neville" to his family. Douglas, Jr. was a signalman, third class in the USNR who was wounded in action during World War II. Douglas, Jr. had his heel blown off and developed gangrene as a result of being in the water for 72 hours. He died of his wounds several years later, after several amputation procedures.

Douglas, Jr. passed away at the young age of 26 from hypertension. He is interred with his father, uncle, paternal grandmother, and some of his great aunts and uncles.
