Pauline (Mowry) Nicholson, 98, of Somerset, PA died May 29th, 2015 at The Patriot. Daughter of the late William and Grace (Landis) Mowry. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Adams, Evelyn Larsen, Alice Kooser and Margaret Morris; and brothers, Donald Mowry and William Mowry. Also preceded in death by former late husband Theodore H. Nicholson and their son, Harold Dale Nicholson. Pauline is survived by her son Richard F. Nicholson of Somerset and wife Virginia, and their children Barbara (Nicholson) Berger and Mark Nicholson. Also by Theresa Nicholson (wife of the late Harold Dale Nicholson) and child Stephen Nicholson; and Judy Hoyt (former wife of late Harold Dale Nicholson) and their children Tammy, Brian, and Brett Nicholson. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren. There will be no visitation at Pauline’s request, and a private interment at St. John’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions to be made to First United Methodist Church at 149 W. Patriot St. Somerset, PA 15501 or the Somerset County Humane Society at PO Box 182 Somerset, PA 15501.
