Obituary
Jesse Ray Owen, a longtime resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away at home on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at the age of 89. As a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend he leaves a footprint on many hearts and lives.
Ray was born in Crenshaw County, Alabama on January 1, 1924 to Jesse Ogden Owen and Mary Elizabeth Owen and was a brother to 5 siblings. He was a proud veteran, serving with the Army's 41st Infantry Division in the Philippines and Japan during WW II.
