Laura P. Conover, 78, of 14 Prospect St., died Tuesday, Feb. 20, 1979, at home. She was born in the Town of Enfield, Feb. 11, 1901, daughter of the late Paul and Martha Loveland Whitaker. Mrs. Conover was a member of the Enfield Methodist Church.
She is survived by three sons, RONALD [Roland] C. Conover, Ernest E. Conover and LaVern F. Conover, all of Trumansburg; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral and committal services were held at Rhode-Covert Funeral Home in Trumansburg. Burial was in Enfield Cemetery.
